Do You Offer Outdoor Wedding Sites?
There are a few locations on the golf course that allow us to accommodate for a wedding ceremony. Coming Soon for our Fall 2007 Season is our new Poolside Pavilion. The Pavilion will be 60’ x 30’ open air pavilion that will seat up to 150 people. Waterfalls, pools and stunning landscaping will surround the area.
What is Included in the Room Fee?
The room/space itself, staff needed to set up, work and tear down the event, table and food station linens and electricity is included into one “room fee”.
Does the Pavilion Room Have a Dance Floor?
Our Pavilion room does have a stationary dance floor which is 16 by 16 feet.
How do I Know What Type & How Much Food to Order?
Your Sales & Catering staff will be able to assist you in planning a menu for your guests. Sending RSVP cards with your invitations may help to determine your guest count.
Do You Offer Selections for Guests with Special Dietary Needs?
With proper notice and specific requirements, we will to able to accommodate your guests.
What is a Host Bar vs. a Cash Bar?
A Host Bar is an open bar that is open to your guests at your expense. A Cash Bar is one in which your guests order and pay for their drinks at their own expense.
What is an Appetizer Reception?
Appetizer Receptions are usually set up to allow for networking and or intermingling. Banquet staff will be on site for drink selections and assistance for guests.
What is Buffet Style Service?
Guests help themselves to a buffet style service. Our banquet staff will be on site for drink refills and plate removal.
What is Plated Style Service?
Guests remain seated while our banquet staff serves a three course meal directly to their tables. Banquet staff is also available for drink refills and plate removal.
Will My Wedding Party go Through the Buffet Line?
If a wedding party wishes not to go thru the buffet line with their guests, our chef will be happy to serve the wedding party plated meals at their tables.
What outside food items are allowed in the Pavilion Room?
All catering is done by our head chef. The only items that are allowed to be brought in are cakes, mints and peanuts. Decorations and or “party” favors for your guests are also permitted.
What Size are the Tables in the Pavilion Room?
Our tables are 8 foot rounds. The tables can hold up to 8 place settings.
Do you offer decorations?
Our Department has a variety of wedding decorations for a minimal fee. Ask the Sales and Catering Department for details.
Does Osage National Supply Wedding Cakes, De Jays, Florists and Photographers?
Our facilities do not carry any of these requests; however, if you have booked your event we will be happy to schedule a meeting with you to discuss different vendors we have had the privilege of working with.
Are chair covers provided?
Chair covers are not provided but our Sales & Catering staff would be able to rent them for your party or can furnish the information to you.
